Return & Exchange Policy
Most companies that offer custom engraved items do not allow returns – but we’re not like most companies. We want awesome reviews from every single one of our customers, whether you’re satisfied or not. Take a look at the following scenarios to get more information regarding your return or exchange:
- OUR MISTAKE – If an item you purchased is unsatisfactory due to an error or mistake from our company during production, we will happily refund or replace the order within 3-5 days* of the purchase free of charge.
- YOUR MISTAKE – If an item you created has misspelled text or a misplaced graphic, we will replace the item within 3-5 days* of the purchase for a 50% from value of order – engraving & handling fee. Don’t worry, nobody is perfect
- DEFECTIVE PRODUCT – If an item you purchased is defective, we will happily replace the order within 3-5 days* of the purchase free of charge.
- UGLY PRODUCT – If you’ve created something and you just don’t like it, you can return it within 14 days of purchase. In the case of personalized products, a return is possible, but the refund will be 70% of the order value. We do not cover transport costs.
*3-5 days - time of production does not include delivery time.
