Return & Exchange Policy
Most companies that offer custom engraved items do not allow returns – but we’re not like most companies. We want awesome reviews from every single one of our customers, whether you’re satisfied or not. Take a look at the following scenarios to get more information regarding your return or exchange:
- OUR MISTAKE – If an item you purchased is unsatisfactory due to an error or mistake from our company during production, we will happily refund or replace the order within 3-5 days* of the purchase free of charge.
- YOUR MISTAKE – If an item you created has misspelled text or a misplaced graphic, we will replace the item within 3-5 days* of the purchase for a 50% from value of order – engraving & handling fee. Don’t worry, nobody is perfect
- DEFECTIVE PRODUCT – If an item you purchased is defective, we will happily replace the order within 3-5 days* of the purchase free of charge.
- UGLY PRODUCT – If you’ve created something and you just don’t like it, you can return it within 14 days of purchase. In the case of personalized products, a return is possible, but the refund will be 70% of the order value. We do not cover return shipping costs for personalized products. If the product is not personalized, we will refund the return shipping costs (applies to the cheapest shipping option).
