All products available in the offer are brand new (unless the description of a given product states otherwise), free from physical and legal defects, and have been legally placed on the Polish market. All electrical (electronic) devices are CE marked.

Copying, modifying, reproduction of content (photos, descriptions, etc.) contained on the store's website for commercial and promotional purposes without our consent is prohibited.

1. Promotions do not merge, If the store has a promotion, as a result of which the rebate is higher than the one resulting from the rebate coupon, the coupon is inactive during the period of this promotion.

3. Delivery methods
 
The goods are delivered by courier ( DHL courier, DHL Express, UPS, Polish Post ) - the courier delivers the shipment according to the table with delivery times.

The shipments we send can be tracked by the sender's number (waybill number) at the following address:

Comments regarding the delivery of courier parcels and checking the parcel on delivery. 

Please check the condition of the shipment and determine the nature of any violation or destruction of the packaging made in the presence of the courier, including the preparation of a damage report, because it will help us to resolve the complaint.

You will receive the parcel's forwarding number to the e-mail address indicated by you in the order. The courier delivers parcels usually from 8am to 5pm. Unfortunately, customers can not be present at the delivery address during these hours, and the courier can only do a delivery attempt twice! The courier can contact you by phone to set the delivery time, but it is not his duty. Therefore, we encourage you to contact the courier company by phone and set the time when the courier will deliver parcels in your area (locality).


4. Complaints and guarantees
 
The products offered in our store are covered by a lifetime manufacturer's warranty. 

ZaNa Design is responsible on the basis of the warranty for offered products based on the law. If the product received is defective, you can use, at your option, the warranty rights arising from the warranty and the rights you have against our store under the warranty. The warranty rights and entitlements vested in the Customer under the warranty are independent from each other.

If there is a defect in the product, the customer has the right to lodge a complaint. In this case, the customer should return the product by registered mail (letter or parcel) to the address of our headquarters. The Buyer may submit complaints to the Seller regarding the concluded Agreement at the e-mail address info@zanadesign.de, or in writing to the address of the Seller. A correctly submitted complaint should contain at least:

- name, surname, address, e-mail address of the Buyer,

- the date of conclusion of the Agreement constituting the basis of the complaint,

- the subject of the complaint, indicating the Buyer's request,

- all circumstances justifying the complaint (description of the complaint).

If the data or information provided in the complaint need to be supplemented, before considering the complaint, we will ask the person lodging the complaint to supplement it in the indicated scope.

Please attach to the shipment a proof of purchase and a detailed description of the reason for the complaint together with the determination of your request for the product being advertised. Immediately, however, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel with the product being advertised, we will address your complaint and inform you of the further proceedings. If the complaint is accepted, the costs of the complaint are borne by ZaNa Design.

Bearing in mind the positive cooperation with customers, we strive to provide the best possible solution for the complaint. We also inform you about the possibility of using extrajudicial methods of dealing with complaints, eg in the form of mediation carried out by voivodeship inspectorates of the Trade Inspection.

5. Returns
 
Pursuant to the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, a consumer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. To comply with the 14-day deadline, it is enough to send a statement before its expiry ( an example of the statement form ).

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivering the items to you immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed about your right to withdraw from the contract. We will refund the payment in the manner indicated by you. In any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with a refund.

We can withhold the return of the payment until receipt of the item or until proof of its return is provided to us, depending on which event occurs first.

Please send or send back the goods to the address of our headquarters immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the item before the deadline of 14 days. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the item, that is, delivering the returned goods to our company.

You are responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the use of it in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right to withdraw from a distance contract is not granted to the consumer in relation to contracts, among others: 1) in which the subject of the provision is an item delivered in a sealed package that can not be returned after opening the packaging due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package has been opened after delivery; 2) in which the object of the service are things that after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other things; 3) in which the object of the service are sound or visual recordings or computer software delivered in a sealed package, if the packaging has been opened after delivery.
